By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Instant Antivirus Key is an authorized reseller of genuine antivirus software licenses. We sell digital license keys for personal and business use. All products are subject to availability and the terms of the respective antivirus vendor.

All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment:

• Your license key is displayed on the order confirmation page.
• A copy is sent to your registered email address.
• Keys remain accessible from your account under Orders and Licenses.

Delivery is typically instant. In rare cases, manual verification may cause a short delay.

Prices displayed on product pages are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. GST is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location. All amounts are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud or policy violations.

License keys purchased from us are for your personal or authorized business use only. You may not:

• Resell, share, or publicly distribute license keys without permission.
• Use keys beyond the device or validity limits stated on the product page.
• Attempt to circumvent activation limits set by the antivirus vendor.
• Use our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the total amount including applicable taxes. Orders not paid within the allowed time may be automatically cancelled and reserved license keys released.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, unused and unactivated license keys may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase. Activated keys are non-refundable.

Antivirus software is provided by third-party vendors (e.g., Norton, Kaspersky, McAfee, Bitdefender). Your use of the software is subject to the vendor's end-user license agreement. We are not responsible for software updates, compatibility issues, or vendor-side service interruptions beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant Antivirus Key is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or third-party software. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
