Refund Policy

Instant Antivirus Key sells digital license keys delivered instantly after payment. Because keys are digital goods, refunds are limited to the conditions described below. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if all of the following apply:

• The license key has not been activated or used with the antivirus software.
• The key has not been shared, published, or transferred to another party.
• You provide your order ID and a valid reason for the refund request.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The license key has been activated or partially used.
• The request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• The key was purchased as part of a promotional or non-refundable offer (if stated at checkout).
• Custom enterprise or bulk orders with separate written terms.
• Issues caused by incompatible hardware, operating system, or user error during installation.
• Change of mind after viewing or copying the license key from your account or email.

To request a refund:

1. Email support@instantantiviruskey.com with your order ID.
2. Include the email address used for purchase and a brief reason for the request.
3. Do not activate the license key while your request is being reviewed.

We will respond within 2 business days with a decision.

If your refund is approved:

• The refund is processed to your original payment method via Razorpay.
• Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• The license key will be deactivated and removed from your account.

If you purchased multiple license keys in one order and only some are unused, we may issue a partial refund for the unused keys at our discretion.

If you were charged but did not receive a license key, or were charged twice for the same order, contact us immediately with payment proof. We will investigate and issue a full refund or deliver the missing key as appropriate.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks for delivered and activated keys may result in account suspension.
